The Judiciary Committee considered SENATE BILL NO. 70 An                       
Act defining the offenses of unlawful discharge of a firearm; and              
relating to the commission of those offenses by minors and                     
recommended it be replaced with                                                
                                                                               
CS FOR SENATE BILL NO. 70(JUD) An Act                                         
relating to the discharge of firearms at or in the                             
direction of buildings and dwellings.
